With our house and land packages, we’ll not only help you secure the perfect block of land, we’ll also build your new dream home from the ground up to completed turnkey stage.

We have exclusive access to land which isn’t available to the general public, which means that you have more chance of finding the right block for you when you choose to build with us.

Each lot of land has been matched with one of our home designs. This design is optimised for the shape and style of the block you choose, especially with respect to driveway placement and sun orientation.

This of course doesn’t mean that you’re stuck with an inflexible design plan! You can work with our in-house design team to change and customise the design plan as much or as little as you want. You might (in the case of a property investor) decide not to change our home designs too much at all.

We have over 25 years of experience in all aspects of building, including renovation, extension, out-door decking and any other building requirements you may have. We also develop customized solutions for our clients, so contact us today as there’s no project too big or too small.

An easement is a section of land registered on your property title which gives council, or someone else such as your neighbour, the right to use that land for a specific purpose. The most common forms of easements are rights of way and easements for services, such as water, electricity or sewerage. Easements are usually but not always registered on the title to the property. If you have an easement on your land, you will not be able to build any structure on or over the easement land or  use the easement land in any way which interferes with the rights of the benefited party.

We build homes in Darwin, Northern Territory and the surrounding shires.
